Paneer lollipop

Paneer lollipop is a popular and different type of snacks. It is a dish of baby corn cover with paneer mixture.

Ingredients
Baby corn                                 7-8
Boiled potato mashed                1 cup
Ginger chopped                         1 tsp
Onion chopped                          2 tsp
Garlic                                       1 tsp
Paneer grated                            4 tsp
Sugar powder                            ½ tsp
Chilli chopped                           1tsp
Corn flower                                4 tbsp
Salt                                          to taste
Coriander leaves chopped           3 tsp

Method
Take a bowl, put mashed potato then add ginger, onion, garlic, grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, chilli, sugar and salt.
Then for binding add corn flower and mix well.

Heat oil in pan.
Now make a tikki from the mixture, put the corn on it and cover the corn.
Then dip fry all covered corn in hot oil until golden brown.

Remove and keep on tissue paper.
Poke a small stick into the fried corn to make a shape of lollipop.

Place corn lollipop on serving plate and garnish with green chutney and fresh coriander leaves.
