Fig moose

Ingredients
Fig                                           4-5 nos
Sugar                                       1 cup
Egg yolk                                   3 nos
Egg white                                 1 no
Water                                       as required
Cocoa powder                           1 tsp
Mascarpone cheese                  1-2 tsp
Melted chocolate                       1-2 tbsp
Whipped cream                         1-2 tbsp
Melted gelatin                            2-3
For garnish
Fig                                          
Cherries
Vanilla cream
Vanilla extract

Method
First in a pan put chopped figs and sugar then cook.

Then in a blender add egg yolk, sugar, water, cocoa powder and prepared fig mixture and grind.
Now in a double boller add mascarpone cheese, melted chocolate, egg white and whisk for 5-7 minutes.
Then in another bowl add the ground mixture, whipped cream and galatin and keep for 5 minutes.
Now in a mould put chopped figs and pour dark syrup

Then pour moose mixture and keep it to freeze for 3-4 hours.

Garnish the prepared moose with chopped figs, cherries, vanilla cream and vanilla extract.

Your fig moose are ready.
