Paneer ki launj

paneer ki launj
Paneer ki launj is a very tasty and colourful dish with tofu, bell peppers and other ingredients.

Ingredients
Malai paneer                             100 gm
Bell pepper red & yellow            ¼ each
Ginger & garlic paste                 1 tsp
Turmeric powder                        pinch
Red chilli powder                       pinch
Green chillies chopped              ¼ no
Spice mix                                 1 tsp
(Prepare a blend with the ratio
Of: 1:1:1:1:1/4 respectively)
roasted and ground mustard seeds
roasted and ground fennel seeds
roasted and ground cumin seeds
roasted and ground coriander seed
roasted and ground black caraway seeds
Chopped tomato                        2 nos
Whisked yogurt                         2 tbsp
Chopped green coriander            2 spring
Seasoning                                to taste

Method
Heat rice bran oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste in it and sauté.
Now add tomatoes, chillies, turmeric and red chilli powder and sauté.
Add beaten/whisked yogurt, stir and reduce it.
add yogurt 
Now add the spice mixture and stir for a bit, add bell peppers and sauté again. Season the mixture as your taste.
Then add paneer batons and coriander to it and stir fry/pan toss to nape the spices well.
add tofu
Season and serve it hot.
