Palak ka salan

palak ka salan
It is a Hyderabadi cuisine cooked with spinach and  gram flour.

Ingredients
Spinach                                    500 gm
Cumin seed                               1 tsp
Onion sliced                              1
Red chilli                                   3
Oil                                            1 tbsp
Turmeric powder                        ½ tbsp
Salt                                          to taste
Gram flour                                 2 tbsp

Method
First heat oil in a pan, add cumin and stir.
Add onion and stir until brown.
add onion to cumin
Then add whole red chilli and mix well.
add chilli to onion
Now add chopped spinach and stir-cook until it shrink.
add spinach 
Then add turmeric powder and chopped tomato and stir-cook for while.

Now add salt and mix well.
add salt into spinach
Take a bowl and mix gram flour with water and add this mixture (not much) in spinach and keep stirring.

The palak salan is ready to serve.
