It
is a Hyderabadi cuisine cooked with spinach and
gram flour.
Ingredients
Spinach 500
gm
Cumin
seed 1 tsp
Onion
sliced 1
Red
chilli 3
Oil 1
tbsp
Turmeric
powder ½ tbsp
Salt to
taste
Gram
flour 2
tbsp
Method
First
heat oil in a pan, add cumin and stir.
Add
onion and stir until brown.

Then
add whole red chilli and mix well.

Now
add chopped spinach and stir-cook until it shrink.

Then
add turmeric powder and chopped tomato and stir-cook for while.

add salt and mix well.

Take
a bowl and mix gram flour with water and add this mixture (not much) in spinach
and keep stirring.
