Fish curry

fish curry
Fish curry cooked with pomfret fish and other ingredients.

Ingredients
Fish (Pomfret)                           500 gm
Cumin seeds                             1 tsp
Coriander seeds                        2 tsp
Mustard seeds                          1 tsp
Dry red chillies                          3 nos
Turmeric powder                        ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste                    1 tbsp
Tomato chopped                       2
Oil                                            2 tbsp
 Salt                                         to taste
Coriander leaves

Method
Put all the dry ingredients into a grinder and make a smooth paste with some water.

Heat oil in a kadai.
Add the mixture into oil and roast it for 2 minutes.

Then add ginger-garlic paste and stir for a minute.

Now add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder and roast about 2 minutes on low flame.

Add fish pieces into kadai.

Then mix well, add salt and stir-cook for a minute.

Now add required water for gravy.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Open cover and add chopped coriander leaves, stir and serve.
