Soy stuffed Japanese omelet

soy stuffed Japanese omelet
It is egg omelet in Japanese style cooked with soy nuggets stuffing. Very easy to prepare and have it to maintain your weight.

Ingredients
For omelet
Eggs                                        3 nos
Soy sauce                                1 tsp
Powdered sugar                        ½ tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Oil                                            1 ½ tsp
Garlic chopped                          1 tsp
Soya nuggets overnight
soaked and ground                    ½ cup
Soy sauce                                2 tsp
For garnish
Muskmelon wedge
Mint                                         1 spring

Method
For omelet
Take a bowl, add eggs, soy sauce, little water, powdered sugar, salt and beat it slowly (without making bobble) and rest it for 5 to 7 minutes.

For filling
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and sauté and then add soy nuggets and mix well.
Add soy sauce and cook for a minute.

Now heat a pan and put the egg mixture and then spread it evenly.
Add the prepare filling on it and fold two sides.

Then roll the omelet carefully.

Remove this in a plate.

For garnish

Cut one muskmelon wedge, place beside omelet and garnish with a mint spring.
