Missi roti

missi roti
Missi roti is an Indian popular flat bread made with wheat flour and and seasoned with spices.

Ingredients
For dough
Wheat flour                               1 cup
Chopped onion                          ½ cup
Green chilli chopped                  1 tsp
Coriander chopped                     1 tbsp
Aniseeds                                  1 tsp
Cumin seed                              1 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
White butter                             1 tsp
Oil                                           1 tsp
To serve
Pickle
Curd
Green chutney

Method
For dough
Take a bowl, add wheat flour, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, copped coriander, aniseeds, cumin seeds and salt then mix well.
mix all ingredients 
Now add water and knead the dough.
Add vegetable oil and knead again.

Make dumplings of the dough, apply wheat flour and roll into roti.

Now melt butter on a pan and cook roti on both the sides.

Remove the missi roti on serving plate and fold it.

Serve with pickle, curd, green chutney and salad and top with white butter.
