grated ¾ cup
Ghee 2

Milk
fudge ¼ cup
Sugar 2-3
tbsp
Cardamom
powder 2 tbsp

Method
First
heat ghee on a pan.
Add
grated beetroot and stir well.

add milk fudge and mix well.

add sugar and stir until sugar dissolve in beetroot.

with the help of two spoons give a shape.
