Stuffed tomatoes

The tasty stuffed vegetable cooked with tomato and healthy filling. 
Ingredients
For filling
Boiled rice                                1 cup
Onion chopped                         ¼ cup
Red bell pepper chopped           ¼ cup
Yellow bell pepper chopped       ¼ cup
Green bell pepper chopped        ¼ cup
Jalapenos chopped                   ¼ cup
Coriander chopped                    2 tbsp
Black pepper powder                 to taste
Salt                                          to taste
Grated paneer                           2-3 tbsp
Breadcrumbs                             2 tbsp
Oil                                            2 tbsp
Grated  cheese                          as required
For garnish
Green chutney
Chopped coriander

Method
First cut the top portion of the tomatoes and remove the pulp.

For filling
Take a mixing bowl, add boiled rice, chopped onion, chopped red green yellow bell peppers, chopped jalapenos, chopped coriander, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.

Further add grated paneer and breadcrumbs and mix well.

Now stuff the tomatoes with this filling.

Then keep the tomatoes in a baking tray and top up with cheese.

Now take oil in a bowl and brush the stuffed tomatoes with this oil.

Grill the stuffed tomatoes at 180 degree centigrade for 5 to 6 minutes in the oven.
Once grilled, remove the baking tray from the oven.

Decorate the serving plate with green chutney and place the stuffed tomatoes on it.

Then garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
