Makki khumb masala

makki khumb masala
It is a very colourful and delicious Panjabi dish cooked with mushroom and corn.

Ingredients  
Corn                                         100 gm
Mushroom                                 200 gm
Onion chopped                          100 gm
Tomato chopped                        1 small bowl
Green chilli chopped                   1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste                     2 tsp
Red chilli paste                          1 tsp
Green bell pepper diced              1 small bowl
Tomato diced                             1 small bowl
Coriander leaves chopped           1 tbsp
Garam masala                           1 tsp
Ghee                                         2 tbsp
Salt                                           to taste

Method
Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onion and sauté until light brown.

Take a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste and water then mix well.

Now add this mixture into wok and stir.

Add chopped tomato and mix well and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.

Now add corn and mix well.

Add mushroom then stir and add salt and cook for a while.

Add capsicum, diced tomato and mix well.

Add garam masala and mix well.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
