Crispy Chickpea Nuggets

Ingredients
Oil                                            1 tbsp
Butter                                       1 tbsp
Finely chopped onion                 2 tsp
Gram flour                                 3 tbsp
Salt                                          to taste
Crushed black pepper                to taste
Butter                                       as required
Bread crumbs                           1 cup
Oil                                            to fry
Tomato ketchup                        as required
For garnish
Coriander leaves                       as required

Method
In a pan add oil, butter, let it melt then add finely chopped onions and sauté. 
Add gram flour, then slowly add water and continue in stir.

Add salt and crushed black pepper and  continue to stir.

Now grease a deep dish with butter or oil and add the gram flour mixture in it and  press by a spatula.

Let it set in the fridge for minimum 1 ½ hr.
Once it has set, remove in a dish and cut it into cubes or in any shape you like.

Put bread crumbs in a bowl and coat the nuggets with it.

Fry the nuggets in hot oil till brown and then remove on a tissue paper.

Add tomato ketchup on a plate and place the crispy nuggets.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
