Lal pari salad

Very healthy salad prepared with fruits, Balsamic vinegar and avocado. Balsamic vinegar contains minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, manganese, phosphorus and magnesium, which as essential for our body. It also assists digestion and like the grapes themselves, has antioxidant properties that help fight a number of diseases.

Ingredients
Long chopped cucumber            ½ cup
Long chopped avocado               ½ cup
Long chopped mango pieces      1 cup  
Balsamic vinegar                       1 - 2 tsp    
Black pepper powder                  to taste  
Salt                                          to taste
Walnuts                                    2 tbsp
Almond flakes                           1 - 2 tbsp
Pickled onion                            ¼ cup
Parmesan cheese                      as required
Lettuce leaves                           as required  
Red amaranth leaves                 as required  
For garnish 
Decorative mango fan
Decorative salad basket (Cucumber, Red amaranth leaves, Lettuce leaves, Mango slice

Method
Take a bowl add long chopped cucumber, long chopped avocado, long chopped mango pieces, balsamic vinegar, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
add fruits 
Now add walnuts, almond flakes, pickled onions, salt and black pepper powder then mix well.

Arrange lettuce leaves and red amaranth leaves on the serving plate and add the prepared salad on them.

Cut the Parmesan cheese slices and put on the salad.

Now decorate the plate with decorative mango fan and decorative salad basket. 

Lal pari salad is ready to serve.
