It is an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed
with garlic and topped with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Green
peas 1 cup
Finely
chopped garlic 1 tsp
Mint
leaves 15

Grated
cheese 2 tsp
Black
pepper to taste
Salt

Butter 2

Red
chilli flakes to garnish

leaves to

Method
Take
a gringer, put green peas, chopped garlic, mint leaves.

Then
add grated cheese, black pepper, salt and grind well.

Now
cut garlic bread loaf in pieces.

Put
on hit pan and add butter on each. Then toast from both sides.

them in plate.
With
help of two spoons give a shape of some pea’s mixture and put on bread.
