Bruschetta

bruschetta
It is an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil, salt and pepper. 

Ingredients
Green peas                              1 cup
Finely chopped garlic                1 tsp
Mint leaves                               15 nos
Grated cheese                          2 tsp
Black pepper                            to taste
Salt                                         to taste
Garlic bread loaf                       1 no
Butter                                      2 tsp
Red chilli flakes                        to garnish
Mint leaves                               to garnish

Method
Take a gringer, put green peas, chopped garlic, mint leaves.
put peas, mint, garlic
Then add grated cheese, black pepper, salt and grind well.
add cheese, pepper, salt
Now cut garlic bread loaf in pieces.

Put on hit pan and add butter on each. Then toast from both sides.

Remove them in plate.
With help of two spoons give a shape of some pea’s mixture and put on bread.
with two spoons put peas mixture 
Do this on all bread pieces.
