Jowar ka satneja

jowar ka satneja
Ingredients
Jowar or sorghum flour               1 cup
Coriander seeds                        1/3 tsp
Cumin seeds                             1 tsp
Sesame seeds                          1 tsp
Carom seeds                             ½ tsp
Red chili powder                        1 tsp
Turmeric powder                        ¼ tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Asafetida                                  1 pinch

method
First wrap the jowar in a cloth, and then steam it in a pressure cooker.
Take it out and spread it loose in a bowl, then add coriander, cumin seeds to it along with carom seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, sesame seeds, salt, oil and required water and make a dough.

Now take small portion and shape into a hollow ring.
make ring from dough 
Then deep fry till golden brown.
