Chawal ki geeli shev

chawal ki geeli shev
Ingredients
Rice flour                                  1 cup
Turmeric powder                        ½ tsp
Red chili powder                        ½ tsp
Dal                                           1 tbsp
Salt                                          to taste
Freshly grated coconut              1 tbsp
Cumin seeds                             1 tsp
Green chilies                             4-5 nos

Method
First soak the rice for a day and have it dried, then grind the dried rice to a fine flour.
Then take a cup of rice flour in a bowl add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, oil and hot water and knead to a smooth dough.

Now put the dough in a bowl and extract long noodles, and then steam it in presser cooker for 5 to 7 minutes.

Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds and green chilies in hot oil and pour this, seasoning on the steamed noodles
Garnish it with fresh grated coconut and dal and serve it hot
