Cream of tomato

cream of tomato
Ingredients
Tomato                                     4 nos
Chopped garlic                         3-4 flakes
Cinnamon                                 1 stick
Butter                                       1 tbsp
Refined flours                           4 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Black pepper                            to taste
Cream                                       1 tbsp
Diced carrot                              1 no
Bread croutons

Method
First heat butter in a pan, add garlic, cinnamon and sauté.
Then add chopped carrot and cook until soft.
add carrot slice and flour
Add refined flour then stir until brown.
Now chop tomatoes, then add to the pan.
add chopped tomato
Add little water in pan and stir.
add water and cook
Now cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes in low flame.
Blend the mixture with hand blender and stain this mixture.

Now in a pan boil the stained soup, add salt and pepper.

again boil with salt and pepper
Remove in serving bowl, garnish with bread croutons.
