Ingredients
Wheat
flakes 1 cup
Tutti
frutti 50
gms
Flax
seeds 2

Lotus
seeds (makhni) 1 cup
Roasted
peanuts 1 cup
Peanut
butter 1 cup
Butter 3
tsp
Grated
jaggery 1
cup
Orange
and grapes for garnish
Method
First
heat a pan, add jaggery, peanut butter and little butter and keep stirring
until it melts.

In
a hand blender, blend lotus seeds and roasted peanut.
Now
take a bowl, remove the melted jaggery mixtures in it and add the blended
mixture to it.
Now
add crushed wheat flakes, add tutti frutti, flex seeds and mix well.

Pre-heat
your oven at 180 degree centigrade.
Grease
the bake dish with butter and put the mixture in it, set by a spatula.

Now
keep the bake dish for 5-6 minutes in oven then remove it.
Now
cut it into bars.
Garnish
with the orange and grapes then serve.
