Besan ka pudda

besan ka pudda
Ingredients
Gram flour                                1 gms
Rice flour                                  20 gms
Tomato finely chopped               1 no
Onion finely chopped                 1 no
Green chilli finely chopped         2-3 nos
Coriander finely chopped            ½ tsp
Red chilli powder                       ½ tsp
Turmeric powder                        ½ tsp
Salt                                          to taste
For garnish
Finely chopped coriander

Method
Take a bowl and make a thick batter of besan and water.
Now add finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, finely chopped green chilli, finely chopped coriander and mix nicely.
mix add chopped ingredients in batter
Then add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
Now heat oil in a pan and spread the prepared batter evenly by a spoon.
put batter on heated pan
spread evenly
Turnover the pudda and cook from both sides.

Remove in a serving dish with coriander, tangy tomato and hot chilli sauce.
garnish with coriander and sauce
