Method
First roast cumin and black pepper corn on a dry pan in low
heat and, let them cool then put them in dry grinder and make a smooth powder.
Take out the powder and keep aside.

Now in the same grinder put peas, ginger, green chilli
and hing.

Put ghee in hot nonstick pan then put the pea’s pest and
move it. Add sugar and salt lower the flame and mix it continuously till the
colour change.

Now in flour add little bit salt and oil then mix with
warm water and make very soft dough. Make about 20 small parts from it. Then
make pocket in each boll put right amount of peas mixture in it.
