Green peas or matar kachori or koraisutir kochuri

Koraisutir kachuri
Hi friends, koraisutir kochuri is one of the mouth watering dishes in winter season. Not only in winter in any season u can enjoy it but in winter we can get the fresh peas that’s why in any occasion in winter season green peas kachuri  definitely  become the first item on our plate. Ingredients
Green peas                               500 gram
Ginger                                      1 inch
Cumin whole                             1 tablespoon
Asafetida (Hing)                        1 pinch
Sugar                                       1 teaspoon
Black pepper corn                     1 teaspoon
Green chillies                            4-5
Roasted gram powder                1 tablespoon
Ghee                                        1 ½ tablespoon
Refined flour (maida)                  250 gram
Salt                                          to test
Method
First roast cumin and black pepper corn on a dry pan in low heat and, let them cool then put them in dry grinder and make a smooth powder. Take out the powder and keep aside.

Now in the same grinder put peas, ginger, green chilli and hing.

Put ghee in hot nonstick pan then put the pea’s pest and move it. Add sugar and salt lower the flame and mix it continuously till the colour change.

When the colour changes add roasted gram flour and mix it nicely until dry.

Now switch off the oven and add the cumin black pepper powder and mix it. Keep aside let it cool.

Now in flour add little bit salt and oil then mix with warm water and make very soft dough. Make about 20 small parts from it. Then make pocket in each boll put right amount of peas mixture in it.

Then make flat round shape and dip fry.

The fabulous kachuri is ready. Enjoy it with aloor dum.
