Ingredients

Methods
Chop
onion in a chopper. Now heat 2 tablespoons oil in a non stick pan. Now sprinkle
maida, ½ teaspoon pepper powder and salt over the chicken pieces and mix well
and place them in hot pan in a single layer and cook on high heat, after a
while turn sides till they get
lightly coloured. Drain and place them in a bowl.
Now in
different pan put 1 tablespoon oil, heat up the oil now add shallots and
mushrooms and sauté for 1 minute, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add
chopped onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add red wine and mix well.
Now add tomato
puree, mix it then add chicken, dates, chicken stock and mix well. Add salt,
remaining black pepper powder and mix well. When it comes to boil, cover and
cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, stir it in middle of cooking. Serve hot.
