Boiled vegetable with few drops of oil

healthy boiled vegetables  
Hi friends, this is a very healthy and nutritious side dish with hot plain rice. U can try it with roti or paratha also.

Ingredients
Cauliflower                                250 g
Kidney-bean                             250 g
Beans                                      200 g
Green peas                               200 g
Brinjal                                      100 g
Green chillies                            4-5
Bori white                                 7-8
Mustard oil                               1 teaspoon
Salt                                          to test

Method
Cut cauliflower and brinjal then keep all vegetables on clean smooth cotton cloth and bind the cloth. Put it in Boiled water in cooker.

Then cook it in high flame for 4 minutes. Take out the vegetable from cooker and open the cloth keep vegetables in a bowl and let it cool.then takeout skin of brinjal and side string of beans. The remaining water in the cooker can be used as a vegetable stock.

Now put oil in hot pan and fry white bori till it changes colour

Then add them to vegetables. Add salt and smash all together with love.

At last add few drops of mustard oil. Serve it with hot rice.
