Method
Cut cauliflower and brinjal then keep all vegetables on
clean smooth cotton cloth and bind the cloth. Put it in Boiled water in cooker.

Then cook it in high flame for 4 minutes. Take out the
vegetable from cooker and open the cloth keep vegetables in a bowl and let it
cool.then takeout skin of brinjal and side string of beans. The remaining water in the cooker can be used as a vegetable stock.
Now put oil in hot pan and fry white bori till it changes colour
At last add few drops of mustard oil. Serve it with hot
rice.
