Method
First wash fishes properly
then marinate with turmeric powder and salt for 5-10 minutes. Heat oil in pan, tear ½ dry red chilli and put in hot oil and add panch foron (cumin-seed, black cumin-seed, fenugreek seed, aniseed and
pasley these five kinds of spices), wait until fragrant then
add marinated fish and fry for 3 minutes from both sides in medium heat. Then add chopped
tomato and fry all together for 2 minutes.
