Pear and Mulberry Upside Down Cake

It made in very easy process with pears and mulberry and served with custard.

Ingredients
Pears cored and thickly sliced                2
Mulberries                                             ½ cup
Honey and golden syrup                         4 tbsp
Lemon grated                                        1
Refined flour                                          100 gms
Baking powder                                       1 tsp
Butter                                                   100 gms
Brown sugar                                          2 tbsp
Eggs                                                     2
Milk                                                      3 tbsp
Custard                                                 to serve

Method
First cut the pear.

Grease a microwave cake dish and put honey on the base of the dish.
Then grate the lemon skin over the spread honey.
Now arrange the peas pieces all round the edge of the dish over honey.
Then place the mulberries in the center of pear pieces.

Sieve baking powder and refined flour into a mixing bowl, add melted butter, brown sugar and mix well.

Then add eggs and beat with a hand blender.

Add milk and beat again.

Beat until it becomes smooth batter.

Now spoon the batter over the fruits in the dish and spread evenly.

Then cook in microwave high mode for 12 minutes. Let it stand for 3 minutes inside microwave.

Take out the dish and loosen the edges of cake with a knife 
loose the edges
Now upside down on serving plate and serve with custard over it.
