corn and basil tikki |
Absolutely delicious tikki made with corn and
other spices with special ingredient basil leaves for different flavour.
Ingredients
Boiled corn 2
cup
Cumin powder 1
tbsp
Basil leaves 7
– 8
Grated cheese 1
cup
Desi ghee 2
tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Corn flour as
required
Olive oil 2 tsp
For garnish
Basil leaves
Desi ghee
Method
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin powder then
stir and add boiled corn and mix.
Then add black pepper powder, basil leaves
and mix well.

Now put it in mixer and make a rough mixture.
Then remove the mixture in a bowl, add salt,
corn flour and mix well.

Heat ghee in a pan.
Now make tikki shapes of the mixture and place on
hot ghee.

Cook from both sides until golden brownand with them saute some basil leaves.

Serve them on plate and garnish with basil
leaves and ghee.
