Fried chicken croquettes is a popular snack,
here it made with chopped chicken, egg, capsicum, milk, mustard sauce as main ingredients and coated
with vermicelli.
Ingredients
Boiled chicken keema ½ cup
Chopped onion 2 - 3 tbsp
Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
Refined flour 4
tsp
Milk 100 ml
Black pepper powder to taste
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1
tsp
Egg 1 no.
Oil for frying
Vermicelli ½ cup
For garnish
Parsley 1 spring
Red bell pepper as required
Yellow bell pepper as required
Ketchup
Mustard sauce
Method
Add butter in hot pan, add chopped onion and sauté.
Then add finely chopped capsicum and sauté with
onion.
Now add refined flour and mix well then add milk
and mix well and make like dough.

Then add boiled chicken keema and stir well.

Add black peeper powder, red chilli powder
salt and mix well.
Then add mustard pest, lemon juice and mix
well.

Now add egg and mix very well again.

Remove the mixture from pan and heat oil in
other pan for deep frying.

Within this time make small rolls of prepared
chicken mixture and coat them with vermicelli.

Now deep fry these croquettes till golden
brown then remove them on tissue.

Then place them on serving plate and garnish
with parsley, red and yellow bell peppers, ketchup, mustard sauce and serve hot
