Prawn Masala is a simple
yet delicious and it just taste yummy with Indian spices. It can be made with
skinless, boneless chicken bits and it is just as yummy.
Ingredients
Washed prawns 1 cup
Finely chopped onion ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilli 1 tsp
Finely chopped tomato 1 cup
All ground spice 1
tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Kokam 3 nos.
Oil 4 – 5 tbsp
Salt to
taste
Water as required
For garnish
Sliced onion and chopped coriander leaves
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion
and stir well until golden brown.

Then add ginger garlic paste and stir well.

Add chopped green chillies and finely chopped
tomato stir well.

Then add all ground spice, coriander powder,
red chilli powder and cook well.
Add required water and mix well.

Now add kokam and mix well.

Add prawns and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
Now place the sliced onion on serving plate
and
place prawn slices on plate |
Put the prepared prawn masala at middle.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
