Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie with Plum and Apple Jam Toast

strawberry yogurt smoothie with plum and apple jam toast
It is an ideal breakfast in summer season, smoothie with strawberry, yogurt, milk and ice and bread with apple jam.

Ingredients
For jam
Red apple                                 1 no.
Green apple                              1 no.
Lemon                                      ½ no.
For smoothie
Strawberries                              8 – 10 nos.
Honey                                       ¼ cup
Curd                                         1 cup
Milk                                          ½ cup
For garnish
Strawberry                                1 no.
Roasted bread                           2 nos.

Method
To make jam
Peel the red and green apple and remove the seeds, then finely chop them.

Put them in a microwave proof bowl and chop plum too.
Now add lemon juice, sugar, chopped plum in bowl and mix well.
all ingredients to prepare apple jam 
Then cover the bowl with a plastic sheet and keep in microwave for 10 to 15 minutes.

Once the jam is prepared remove the plastic sheet and smash the jam by spoon.

Then put it in blender and blend it.

Remove it in a bowl.
To make smoothie
Take a mixer, put strawberry, curd, honey, milk and mix it well.
put all ingredients for smoothie in blender 
Add ice and blend it well.

Now in a glass put prepared jam then pour the prepared smoothie.
Place half a strawberry on the rim of the glass and chop the other half into slices and put on the smoothie.

Cut the sides of roasted bread and apply the jam to it then cut in triangle 
apply apple jam to bread 
And serve with smoothie.
