Row Banana Bada

It is a very healthy and tasty dish with boiled raw banana, gram lentils and other simple ingredients.

Ingredients
Green raw banana                      2
Soaked gram lentil                    5 tbsp
Chopped green chillies              2 tsp
Chopped onion                         1 tsp
Ginger                                      ½ inch
Rice flour                                  1 tbsp
Coriander chopped                    2 tbsp
Salt                                          to taste

Method
First boil green bananas, then peel off and smash properly with rice flour and coriander.

Put in grinder gram lentil, ginger, onion and green chillies and make a paste.

Remove in a bowl, add banana mixture, salt and mix well.
mix two pastes 
Now make small baras from it and deep fry until golden brown.

Remove on a tissue paper.

Put badas in a bamboo skewers and place on serving plate with coriander.
