Masala koki

masala koki
Masala Koki is one of the spicy and flavored traditional Sindhi style recipes, here the koki is stuffed with paneer and dry fruits.

Ingredients
For dough
Gram flour                                 2 small bowl
Wheat flour                               1 small bowl
Finely chopped onion                 2 tsp
Finely chopped chilli                  2
Garlic paste                              1 tsp
Finely chopped coriander           2 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
For filling
Grated paneer                           2 tbsp
Grated  cheese                         1 tsp
Raisins                                     1 tsp
Chopped peanut                        1 tsp
Chopped cashew nut                 1 tsp

Method
For dough
Take a mixing bowl, add gram flour, wheat flour and oil then mix well,
add oil in flour and mix
Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander and salt then mix well.

Add required water and make soft dough.

For filling
In a bowl, add paneer, cheese and all dry fruits then mix well.
Now take some portion from dough and roll out.
roll out the goush and put fillings 
Put the filling at center and give a shape of putli.
Place them on baking tray and bake them at 200 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.

Take out the tray and add cheese on them and again bake for 3 minutes.

Take the masala koki from oven and serve hot.
