tasty healthy and easy to prepare recipe with boneless chicken and pineapple
with bell pepper and tangy sauces.
Ingredients
Chicken
boneless 1 small bowl
Chopped
pineapple 1 small bowl
Pineapple
juice 2 tbsp
Peanut
oil 2 tbsp
Soya
sauce 1 tsp
Fish
sauce 1 tsp
Corn
flour 2
tsp
Roasted
cashew nut 10 – 12
Achari
chilli 1
Chopped
garlic 2 tsp
Chopped
green onion 2 tbsp
Chopped
basil 1 tsp
Method
Heat
wok and add peanut oil.
Then
add garlic and sauté, add chopped green onion white portion and sauté.

Add
achari chilli and small chicken pices and toss them.
add chicken and chilli |
Now
add fish sauce and soya sauce then toss well.
add sauces |
Then
add cashew nut and mix well.

Add
pineapple chopped and mix well.

Add
chopped green onion green portion and basil then toss well.
add basil and spring onion |
Now
add corn flour and water mixture and mix well.

Remove
in serving bowl with white rice.
