Lazeez Aam ka Tukda

lazeez aam ka tukda
It is a delicious dessert in summer from Panjab, fried bread on rabdi with mango pulp and serve with mango.

Ingredients
Bread slices                              2 big
Milk                                          1 lt
Sugar                                       200 gm
Green cardamom                       2 gm
Ripe Mango pulp                       100 ml
For garnish
Chopped ripe mango                 100gm
Mint leaves

Method
Heat milk in a deep vessel with crushed cardamom.
Now add sugar and continue stir till milk become thicker.
boil milk with cardamom and sugar
Heat ghee in a pan.
Cut bread piece in any shape you like.
Then fry them in hot ghee until light brown.

Remove on tissue.

Remove the thick milk in a bowl. And refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Then add mango pulp and mix well.

Then serve it on plate and place the fried bread pieces on it.

Garnish with chopped mango and mint leaves
