It is a delicious dessert in summer from Panjab,
fried bread on rabdi with mango pulp and serve with mango.
Ingredients
Bread slices 2
big
Milk 1 lt
Sugar 200 gm
Green cardamom 2 gm
Ripe Mango pulp 100 ml
For garnish
Chopped ripe mango 100gm
Mint leaves
Method
Heat milk in a deep vessel with crushed
cardamom.
Now add sugar and continue stir till milk
become thicker.

Heat ghee in a pan.
Cut bread piece in any shape you like.
Then fry them in hot ghee until light brown.

Remove on tissue.

Remove the thick milk in a bowl. And refrigerate
for 15 minutes.

Then add mango pulp and mix well.
