Kathal ke kabab

kathal ke kabab
It is a yummy kabab with Jackfruit marinated in spicy rice mixture and served with tasty curd sauce.

Ingredients
For kabab
Jackfruit cut in cubes                 6 pieces
Boiled rice                                1 bowl
Green chillies                            4
Garlic paste                              1 tsp
Turmeric powder                        ¼ tsp
Red food colour                         1 pinch
Red chilli powder                       ½ tsp
Grated jaggery                          1 tbsp
Salt                                          to taste
Oil                                            to fry
For sauce
Fenugreek seeds                      1 tsp
Chopped green chilli                  1 tsp
Curd                                         3 tbsp
Salt                                          to taste
Sugar                                       1 tsp

Method
To prepare kabab
In a grinder put rice and 4 chillies and make smooth paste and remove in a bowl.

Now add garlic paste, turmeric powder, red colour, red chilli powder, grated jaggery.
put all the ingredients in rice paste 
Mix all inredients well.

Put bamboo skewer in jackfruit cubes and marinate in rice mixture.

To prepare curd sauce
Heat a pan, add fenugreek seeds and stir.
Then add chopped chilli and roast well.

Mix curd, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, sugar in a bowl.
Then pour it in pan and mix well.

Now deep fry the marinated jackfruits.
Remove on tissue.

Put the kababs on serving plate and pour the curd mixture on them.
