Yogurt Pasta Salad is a quick, simple & tasty salad for any kind of
party.
Ingredients
Spaghetti
1 cup
Chopped
coriander 2 – 3 tbsp
Salt to
taste
Oil 1
tbsp
For
masala
Mustard
seeds 1 tsp
Curry
leaves 8 – 10
nos.
Black
gram dal 2 tbsp
Oil 1 ½
tbsp
Method
First
roast the spaghetti in a pan.

Then
add water and oil then boil it.

Drain
it and keep aside.

Heat
oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, black gram dal and stir.

Add chopped green chilli, roasted split chickpeas, asafoetida,
cashew nuts and mix well.

Remove
the prepared mixture in a bowl, add boiled spaghetti.

Then add chopped coriander,
chopped ginger, chopped green chilli.

Add grated carrots and mix well.

add curd, salt, chopped coriander and mix well.

Now
remove the dahi spaghetti in a bowl and place the bowl on serving plate.

Garnish
the plate with pickled red chilli and coriander spring.
