Berry Breakfast Tart

It is a Special breakfast for women with full of calcium. Summer berry tart with muesli and strawberry jam, covered with blueberry, blueberries, curd.
Muesli is a popular breakfast dish based on raw rolled oats and other ingredients
including grains, fresh or dried fruits, seeds and nuts.

Ingredients
For dough
Refined flour                              2 cups
Butter                                       ¾ cup
Powdered sugar                        2 tbsp
Baking soda                             1 tsp
Butter                                       to grease
Refined flour                              to dust
For filling
Strawberry jam                          3 tbsp
Muesli                                      3 – 3 ½ tbsp
For berry topping
Strawberries                              5 – 6 nos
Honey                                       1 tsp
Blueberries                                ½ cup
Powdered sugar                         2 tsp
For garnish
Powdered sugar                        to dust
Hung curd                                 as required
Mint                                         1 spring

Method
To make dough
Take a bowl, add refined flour, butter, powdered sugar, baking soda and mix well.

Now add chilled water and make dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.
To prepare filling
In a bowl mix strawberry jam and muesli together.

Now grease the tart mould with butter spray and dust refined flour on it.
Roll out the dough in thin round and place it on the tart mould and discard the edges with the help of a knife.

Now slightly prick the sheet with a fork and add the prepare the filling,
Preheat oven at 180 degree c and bake the tart for 12 to 15 minutes.
To prepare berry topping
Chop the strawberries.
In a hot pan add honey then immediately add strawberries, blueberries and mix well.
Add powdered sugar and water and mix well.

Once the tart is baked remove it from the tart mould.
take out tart from mould
Place it on the serving plate and top it up with the berry topping.
put strawberry filling 
Dust powder sugar and garnish with hung curd, berries and mint spring.
decorate the tart
