Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

baked sweet potato wedges 
Wedges or slices of delicious sweet potatoes, marinated with spices, and baked on high heat until crispy and browned.

Ingredients
Sweet potato wedges                  3 – 4 nos.
Oil                                             1 tbsp
Tomato                                      1 no.
For marinate
Garlic powder                             1 tbsp
Cornstarch powder                      2 tbsp
Black pepper powder                   to taste
Salt                                           to taste
Cajun spice                                2 tbsp
For oil and garlic mixture
Oil                                             2 tbsp
Chopped garlic                           1 tsp

Method
To marinate
Take a bowl, add cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper powder, salt, Cajun spice and mix well.

For carjun spice flavour
If Cajun powder is not available then mix carom seeds, coriander powder, cumin powder and a pinch of cinnamon powder to get Cajun flavour.
Now cut wedges of 70% boiled sweet potato.

Then coat them with marinate mixture and keep on baking tray.

Drizzle oil on the sweet potato wedges.

Then cut wedges of tomato and put on baking tray with sweet potato wedges.

Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius and bake for 10 – 12 minutes.
After 8 minutes add chopped garlic in oil and mix then put it on the baking tray and again continue the baking.

Once it ready, takeout from oven.
