vodka pani-puri

Vodka mixture served with puffed round crisp bite-sized puris. 

Ingredients

Tomato                                     4 medium

Green chilli                                2

Lemon                                      1

Rock salt                                  to taste

Vodka

Method

In a mixer put tomato, chilli, lemon juice, salt and make a mixture.

Remove juice in a jar.

Add vodka into jar and mix.

Place whole chilli in the serving test tube.

Pour vodka mixture in test tube.

Put pani puri on top of the test tube.

Now ready to serve.
