Ingredients

juice 2 tsp
For dough
Refined
flour 1
cup

Method
For filling
First
heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and sliced mushrooms and sauté
Now
add chopped tomato, salt and black pepper then sauté.
Then
grate the tofu and add to the mixture and mix well.
Take
spinach leaves, chop and add to the mixture and mix well.

Now
add soy sauce and lemon juice and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
Once
the mixture is ready, keep aside and let it cool for a while.
For dough
Take
a bowl and put refined flour, salt, water and knead it in soft dough.
Now
add olive oil and knead it well, let it rest for 8-10 minutes.
Now
make round balls out of the dough, roll it like a thin chapatti.
Cut
the sides and make a square shape out of the dough sheet.

add filling in the dough sheet, seal the sides of the sheet using water.

heat oil in pan, place the crisp on it and sear from both sides.

For salad
Take
an orange and cut it into wedges and place the orange wedges, spinach leaves,
salt and black pepper.
