mushroom tak a tak
Mushroom tak a tak is a very tasty and healthy dish and easy to cook. Best match with polao and paratha or roti.

Ingredients
Oil                                            1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste                     1 tsp
Chopped onion dices                  1 cup
Cumin seeds                             1 tsp
Chopped green chili                   1 tsp
Chopped mushroom dices          1 ½ cup
Chopped tomato dices               1 cup
Chopped capsicum dices           1 cup
Red chili powder                        ½ tsp
Turmeric powder                        ½ tsp
Coriander powder                      1 tsp
Garam masala powder               1 tsp
Salt                                          to taste 

Method
Heat oil on a non-stick pan, add ginger garlic paste and stir.
Add onion dices, cumin seeds, chopped green chili and saute till light pink.
add cumin and chilli
Now add mushroom dices and saute until juicy.

Then add tomato dices, capsicum dices and mix well.

Now add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, water and cook well.
add masala and cook
Remove it on a plate and serve it hot.
