Ingredients
Soya
milk 500
ml
Vinegar ½
cup
Powdered
mustard seeds 1 tbsp
Vegetable
oil 500 ml
Method
Take
a big bowl, add soya milk, vinegar and powdered mustard seeds.
Mix
all ingredients using a hand blender.
Now
add vegetable oil and again blend till the mixture becomes thick.

Cucumber
cube
Chilli
flakes
Mint
leaves
Mayonnaise
Crunchy
biscuit
Method
In
a bowl add potato, cucumber, chilli flakes, salt, mint, mayonnaise and mix.
