Matabaq lahem is an Arabic snack. They are small pieces of bread, stuffed with shallot, parsley, egg and mutton filling.

Method
Heat
olive oil in a pan.
Meanwhile,
blend shallots and parsley leaves in a mixer, also sauté them in the pan.
Now,
