Kamal kakdi chop/Lotus stems cutlet

lotus stems cutlet
It is a healthy and tasty snacks in a candy shape.

Ingredients
Boiled lotus stems                     2
Coriander powder                       ½ tbsp
Garam masala powder               ½ tbsp
Chat masala                              ½ tbsp
Chopped coriander                     1 tbsp
Ginger                                      1 inch
Gram flour                                 2 tbsp
Dry red chilli                              3-4 no
Onion finely chopped                 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder                       ½ tbsp
Salt                                          to taste
Oil                                            2-3 tbsp
Curd                                         4 tbsp
Oil                                            to fry
Green chilli chopped                  2 tsp

Method
First take a mixture, put chopped lotus stems, the add coriander powder, chat masala, garam masala, finely chopped coriander and ginger and blend it properly.
put all ingredients in grinder
Now take a bowl, add the lotus stem mixture and gram four and mix nicely.
Then take ice-cream sticks and put the mixture on them and give a shape of candy.

Now coat them with gram flour.

For gravy
Heat 2 tbsp oil on a pan, add dry chilli, chopped onion and stir.

Then add coriander powder, chat masala, garam masala, green chilli, red chilli powder and stir for two minutes.
Now add salt and curd and cook it properly to prepare the gravy.

Heat oil on a pan and deep fry the lotus chop and remove on tissue paper.

Now place them on serving plate and put the gravy on them.

Garnish with curd, chopped coriander.
