It is a very popular dish with tofu and very easy to
prepare.
Ingredients
Grated paneer (tofu) 1/2 kg
Boiled and grated potato 1
Chopped onion 1
Chopped green chilies 2
Garam masala 1/2 spoon
Jaiphal (nutmeg) powder 1/4 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Bread crumbs fresh 1 cup
Oil for
fry
Salt
to taste
Method
In a bowl take grated paneer, boiled and
grated potato, egg, chopped onion, green chilies, garam masala, nutmeg powder,
salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix them well.
Now make the cutlets of the mixture and
wrap them with fresh bread crumbs.

Deep fry them until golden brown.
Garnish and serve.
