It
is a heavy breakfast dish of rolled chapatti with chicken sausages mixture.
Ingredients
Chicken
sausages ½ cup
Sliced
onion 1 no
Oil 2

Cumin
seeds 1 tsp
Whisked

Blanched
spinach leaves 1 bunch
Hung
curd 2

Chapatti 1

Black
pepper to taste
Grated
cheese ½ tbsp
Sliced
jalapenos 4-6 nos
Lettuce
leaves 2 nos
For sauce
Tomato 1 no
Oil 2
tbsp
Sliced
jalapenos 4-6 nos
Sliced
onion ¼ cup
Black
pepper to taste
Salt to
taste
Cumin
powder ½ tsp
Coriander
leaves 1 tsp
For garnish

Method
To
make the stuffing
Heat
2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
Add
chopped onions and stir them until it turns light brown.
Now
add spinach and sausages and mix well.

Add
roasted cumin seeds, salt and black pepper then mix well.
Add
hung curd in it and let it cook.
Heat
oil in another pan.
Add
whisked eggs and place the chapatti over it. Overturn and cook it from both the
sides on a low flame.

Sprinkle
black pepper and cheese over the chapatti.
Remove
it on a plate and add some lettuce leaves and add the filling over it.
Top
it with sliced jalapenos and make a roll.
To
make the sauce
Grind
the tomato pieces in a mixture.

Add
in it little oil, jalapenos, onion, black pepper, salt and mix it.
