Method
Heat oil in a non stick pan, add curry leaves and sauté till crisp. Take out leaves and keep aside on a plate. Now in the hot oil add onion-chopped, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala mix and sauté for 2 minutes.

pan and mix well, cover and cook till done.
Meanwhile keep the coal on flame. Add coconut and coriander leaves to the chicken and mix well.

Put the burning coal
in a small bowl and place the bowl in middle of the cooked chicken pieces.
Place cloves on the coal and drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil on top. Immediately
cover the pan tightly and let it remain for 15 minutes. Garnish with the sautéed
curry leaves and serve hot.
