Mushroom magic

Fresh mashroom
Mushroom Improve nutrition, increasing vitamin D levels through our diet, improve immune system function. Today I got very fresh mushroom.

So I am going to cook mushroom with spices. The process is very short and easy and serving for 2. The taste is incredible. Try and enjoy it.
Mashroom magic
Ingredients
Mushroom
Onion                                       1 medium
Garlic cloves                             8
Ginger                                      2inch
Tomato                                     1 medium
Star anise                                 2
Cardamom                                1
Clove                                        1
Cinnamon                                 1 inch
Bay leaf                                    2
Turmeric powder                        1 ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder                           1 teaspoon
Coriander powder                      1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder                       1 teaspoon
Green chillis                              2
Salt                                          to taste
Sugar                                       1 pinch
Method
First grind onion, garlic, ginger, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and tomato in fine paste. Then heat oil in pan then put bay leaf, star anise after few seconds add the paste.

Stir for 2 minutes then add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Cook spices for 2-3 minutes or until oil gets separated. Now add mushrooms and mix nicely. Add salt,sugar and cover it for 5 minutes in low heat. Serve hot.
