It is a nice combination of Indian and Italian flavour. It goes both with curry and can be
eaten as it is.
Ingredients

dough
Wheat
flour ½ cup
Carom
seeds ¼ tsp
Cumin
seeds ¼ tsp
Salt to
taste
Raw
mango powder ¼ tsp
Oil 1
tbsp
For
stuffing
Chopped
tomatoes ¼ cup
Chopped
basil leaves 2 tsp
Grated
mozzarella cheese ¼ cup
Chopped
green chillies ½ tsp
Chopped
coriander 1 tsp
Salt to
taste
Black
pepper to taste
For
garnish
Grated
mozzarella cheese 2 tsp
Chopped
basil leaves 1 tsp
Chopped
tomato 1 tbsp
Black
pepper to taste

Method
To
make dough
Take
a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, carom seeds, cumin seed, salt, raw mango
powder, oil and mix well,
mix wheat flour with other ingredients |
Then
add required water and knead it into dough.
To
make filling
In
another bowl, add mozzarella cheese, basil, tomatoes, green chillies,
coriander, salt, black pepper and mix all well and keep it aside.

Now
make balls out of this dough.
Roll
out two flat round bread.

Add
the filling on one flat round.

Now
put the other flat round in this filling and attach the sides well.

Heat
oil on pan put the paratha on it.

Cook
from both sides.

Top
it up with grated cheese and cook it until the cheese melt.

Then
garnish with fresh tomato, basil, black pepper and serve.
