moong ki dal ka chila |
It
is a very healthy breakfast, moong dal (Split green gram skinless) chila
with paneer filling.
Ingredients
Moong
dal 500 gm
Red
chilli powder ½ tsp
Chopped
coriander 1 tbsp
Chopped
green chilli 2
For
filling
Chopped
onion ½ small bowl
Turmeric
powder ½ tsp
Red
chilli powder ½ tsp
Grated
paneer 1 small
bowl
Salt to
taste
Oil 2
tbsp
For

Method
For
batter
First
grind soaked moong dal with some water.
Pour
in a mixing bowl, add red chilli powder, green chilli, chopped coriander, salt and mix well.

For
filling
Heat
oil in a pan, add onion and sauté.

Add
turmeric powder, chilli powder, grated paneer and stir.

Add
coriander leaves and mix well.

Now
heat 1 tsp oil on a pan, pour the dal mixture batter and sprayed it evenly.

Cook
from both sides.

Place
the filling at middle and fold it.
