French Flan

It is a crème dessert loved by people of all ages.

Ingredients
For filling
All purpose flour                        2 cup
Baking powder                          1 tsp
Olive oil                                    as required
Milk                                         1 cup
Salt                                          to taste
Eggs                                        5 – 6 nos
Condensed milk                        3 - 4 tbsp
Milk                                          1 cup
Sugar                                       4 – 5 tbsp
For garnish
Black berries
Blue berries
Mint leaves

Method
For dough
Take a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder, olive oil, milk, salt, sugar and mix well,
prepare dough
Then add water and prepare a dough and rest it for 10 – 15 minutes.
For the flan mixture
Take a bowl, add whisk eggs, condensed milk, milk, sugar and orange marmalade.

Now roll out the dough in a big flat round.
Grease pie mould with butter spray and sprinkle all purpose flour on it.

Then cover the mould with the big flat round and cut the extra edges.

Now pour the egg-milk mixture and lemon rind and bake it at 160 degree c for 50 minutes.

Take out and cut a triangle piece and garnish with berries and mint leaves
