Cranberry sheera

cranberry sheera 
It is traditional sooji halwa cooked in cranberry juice.

 Ingredients
Semolina                                  ½ cup
Sugar                                       ½ cup
Cranberry juice                          200 ml
Ghee                                        3 tbsp
Cloves                                      3 nos
Black currants   chopped           2 tsp
Rose petals                              4 – 5 nos

Method
To make syrup
In a pan pour the cranberry juice, a little sugar and let it cook in low flame.

In another pan heat ghee the add cloves.
Now add semolina, stir and roast it.

Chop some black currants and put into syrup.

Once semolina is roasted add syrup slowly and continue in stirring.

Now add some cranberry juice, stir and cover it for 2 – 3 minutes.

Open cover, if it is not cooked then again adds some juice and cook.
When sheera becomes thick remove it in a bowl.

Decorate with rose petals and black currants.
