Banana Cutlet Burgers

It is a healthy easy to prepare burger with pineapple, banana cutlet and cabbage salad.

Ingredients
Pineapple                                 ½ no.
Mini burgers                              4 nos.
Bread crumbs                            to coat the cutlets
Oil                                            2 – 3 tbsp
For banana cutlet
Raw bananas                            3 nos.
Boiled potatoes                         3 nos.
Green apple                              1 no.
Green chillies                            4 nos.
Coriander                                  2 – 3 springs
Raw mango powder                   ½ tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Crushed black pepper                to taste
Bread crumbs                           1 tsp
For cabbage salad
Mayonnaise                              ½ cup
Chopped green cabbage            1 cup
Chopped red cabbage                1 cup
Crushed black pepper                 to taste
Salt                                           to taste
Oil                                            1 tsp
For garnish
Cherry tomato skewers               4 nos.

Method
To prepare banana cutlet
Take a bowl, peel off raw bananas, then grate the peeled raw bananas, boiled potatoes and green apple.

Then finely chop green chillies and coriander and add to the fruit mixture.
Now add raw mango powder, salt, crushed black pepper and bread crumbs then mix well and keep aside.

To prepare cabbage salad
Take a bowl, add mayonnaise, chopped green and red cabbage, salt, crushed black pepper, oil and mix well.

Then slice the pineapple and keep aside.
Make tikkis
Now make tikkis from the fruit mixture and coat them with bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry the prepared tikkis until golden brown from both sides.

Then remove them on tissue.
Now on the same pan roast pineapple slices and the mini sliced burgers.

Then on a serving plate place the burger bun bottom and place the prepared cabbage salad on bun.

Then keep the banana tikki on salad and place the roasted pineapple slices on tikki.

Then place the burger on top and put the skewer with pineapple slice and cherry tomato slice.
